RETURNS
If you wish to return your order, you have 14 days from the date you receive the package to initiate a return. Please ensure that all products are in their original, unopened packaging, including any protective wrapping or cartons.
Once your return request has been received, you will receive instructions on how to proceed by email, including the necessary return address. Be sure to retain proof of postage when you ship the package back to us.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- For orders from Switzerland, returns must be shipped from Switzerland.
- For international orders, returns should be sent to France.
We strongly recommend using a courier service with a tracking number to ensure the safe and traceable return of your items. Once we receive your package and inspect the products, a refund will be issued to the payment card used for the original order.
Important: Only orders placed directly through our official website, drlevy.swiss, are eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only available for defective products and must be requested within 30 days of receiving your package. To assist with your request, we may ask for photos or videos clearly showing the defect before approving a replacement.
Please be aware that exchanges are valid only for products ordered directly through our official website, drlevy.swiss. To initiate an exchange, you must contact our customer service team at order@drlevy.swiss for approval.
If your exchange is approved, our company will cover both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the replacement items.

RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or SCIENTIFIC COSMECEUTICALS S.A. / DRLEVYSWITZERLAND.COM WEBSITES account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items). Please note that for orders outside of Switzerland, customs duties and sales taxes are nonrefundable through SCIENTIFIC COSMECEUTICALS S.A.. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Exchanges made to destinations outside of Switzerland will be submitted to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again.
